About the job
Trains HVAC partners to sell, install, commission, and service Quilt heat pump systems through hands-on and virtual sessions, certification support, and field feedback.
What you'll do
- Deliver sales and technical training, including product knowledge, system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Travel to partner locations and events to lead hands-on sessions and ride-alongs; host virtual training and support partner certification.
- Assist with partner questions, improve training materials, and report field feedback to training and product teams.

- 3+ years of experience in technical training, field training, or enablement; ideally in HVAC, home services, clean energy, or building trades.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent facilitation skills.
- Comfort using an LMS to track training and certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively, averaging 50–75%.
Nice to have
- HVAC industry knowledge or hands-on installation or service experience.
- Experience creating or editing training videos and written guides; residential construction, home performance, building science, or HVAC credentials are also a plus.
