Own and grow Quilt’s HVAC contractor partner channel across the Midwest and Ontario by supporting existing partners, signing new ones, and driving regional sales and installations.
What you'll do
- Manage partner relationships, provide field coaching and training, and develop plans to improve partner performance.
- Prospect, enroll, and onboard HVAC contractors; maintain a qualified pipeline and meet new-partner targets.
- Drive regional revenue and installation goals, document successful playbooks, and share field feedback with internal teams.
