Own and grow Quilt’s HVAC contractor partner channel across the Southeast, supporting existing partners and recruiting new ones to sell and install Quilt heat pump systems.
What you'll do
- Recruit, enroll, and onboard HVAC contractors and dealers; manage the regional prospect pipeline and acquisition targets.
- Develop existing partners through field visits, ride-alongs, sales and product training, performance plans, and marketing support.
- Meet partner revenue, new acquisition, and installation goals; share field feedback and document successful practices.
