What you'll do
- Lead, train, and develop associates and leads while maintaining engagement, performance, and safety.
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations, including productivity targets, forecasts, KPIs, and labor coordination across shifts.
- Drive process improvements using Lean tools, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, while ensuring OSHA and other operational compliance.
