What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse associates and leads while supporting safety and OSHA compliance.
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations, staffing, forecasts, and KPIs to meet production and customer-experience goals.
- Identify and execute process improvements using Lean tools, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
