Leads the Women’s Dresses merchandising strategy, assortment expansion, product roadmap, and category performance at Quince.
What you'll do
- Expand the Women’s Dresses assortment by adding 75 new SKUs while meeting quality, margin, and ethics standards; develop and refine the category roadmap and positioning.
- Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Technical Design, Planning, Site Merchandising, and Marketing to improve products and business results.
- Drive sales, customer ratings, return rates, margins, and competitive advantage through product quality and market benchmarking.
