About the job
Build and scale Quince’s eyewear assortment, owning prescription lens strategy and partnering across product, sourcing, vendors, and growth teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
What you'll do
- Expand and refine the assortment of frames and prescription lenses, including lens types, coatings, materials, and index options.
- Work with product development, sourcing, technical design, vendors, and optical labs to improve product quality, prescription accuracy, and Rx fulfillment.
- Partner with planning, site merchandising, and marketing to meet sales targets, improve customer ratings and return rates, and grow margins.
