Procurement and Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct stock counts, maintain inventory records, and create and manage purchase orders.
• Manage vendor communications, payments, performance, contract negotiations, and renewals to reduce procurement costs.
• Coordinate facility improvements and maintenance, forecast supply needs, support budget planning, and maintain compliance documentation.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, vendor management, and organizational skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience in returns processing, warehouse, or logistics operations; facility management or maintenance coordination
• Background in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail operations; knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chain practices

Pay

$51,000 — $105,000 USD (base salary)
