What you'll do
- Inspect inbound inventory and production quality; document issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Develop onboarding, trainer programs, learning materials, and SOPs; oversee site compliance and quality processes.
- Analyze and report quality, delivery, and training metrics, and partner with decorators and internal teams to improve performance.

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, quality assurance/control, learning and development, or production operations; preferably in apparel, accessories, textiles, or decorated goods.
- Experience developing learning strategies, onboarding and trainer programs, and compliance training in a manufacturing, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and KPIs to improve operations and resolve root causes; experience creating SOPs, quality frameworks, and training documentation.
- Proficiency with WMS/OMS systems, production tracking tools, and Excel/Google Sheets; strong written and verbal communication skills.
