About the job
Provides commercial and strategic legal counsel for Rad AI’s healthcare AI products, contracts, privacy program, and business operations.
What you'll do
- Advise product, engineering, and model teams on AI research and model development; monitor generative AI legal and policy trends.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and build processes that support efficient deal closures and delivery of AI solutions to healthcare providers.
- Design and implement a HIPAA- and BAA-compliant privacy program and scalable legal processes, tools, and infrastructure.
