About the job
Leads onsite construction of Radiant’s advanced nuclear manufacturing facility in Oak Ridge, representing the owner and coordinating contractors, design teams, and stakeholders through construction and potential facility turnover.
What you'll do
- Direct field execution and hold contractors accountable for schedule, staffing, sequencing, safety, and quality.
- Manage schedule, near-term planning, change management, and construction documentation; resolve field issues and protect critical-path work.
- Coordinate design feedback, regulatory and stakeholder interfaces, commissioning, and facility turnover.

Pay
$115,000 – $190,575 USD base salary
