About the job
Build and lead Radiant’s investor relations function, managing investor strategy, fundraising support, ongoing relationships, and investor communications.
What you'll do
- Develop investor strategy, messaging, materials, prioritization, and reporting cadence.
- Support financing processes, including materials, diligence coordination, and investor Q&A.
- Manage existing investor relationships and communications, and help prepare board updates and strategic messaging.

- Experience supporting or leading fundraising at high-growth, venture-backed companies and representing a company at investor conferences and roadshows.
- Experience with sophisticated institutional investors across equity, debt, and other asset classes.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to work in Excel and discuss valuation, comparable company analysis, and capital structure.
Nice to have
- Exposure to deep-tech, energy, defense, or infrastructure companies; familiarity with nuclear, energy, or advanced manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Public company IR experience is a strong plus.
