About the job
Sets technical direction and develops embedded software architecture and systems for instrumentation and control hardware in Radiant’s nuclear microreactor.
What you'll do
- Own I&C embedded software architecture, standards, and engineering lifecycle from design through testing and field implementation.
- Lead development and bring-up of reliable, fault-tolerant software and drivers for sensors and actuators; establish testing, validation, and documentation practices.
- Lead design reviews, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and mentor embedded engineers.
