Leads hands-on assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of turbomachinery prototypes and first-article hardware, while developing repeatable build processes and supporting testing.
What you'll do
- Assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot precision turbomachinery, including rotors, bearings, seals, and housings.
- Develop assembly procedures, tooling, and documentation to improve build precision and repeatability.
- Work with design, manufacturing, and test teams to resolve hardware issues and support testing and corrective actions.
