About the job
Leads the team designing, modeling, testing, and validating electrical power systems and power electronics for Radiant’s terrestrial and space-based nuclear microreactor platforms.
What you'll do
- Build and manage the power systems and power electronics team, setting priorities and technical direction.
- Lead power system architecture, studies, disturbance analysis, and development of in-house converters, inverters, and generator controls.
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, validation, and regulatory and power-quality compliance.
