About the job
Own and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production controls to transition Kaleidos reactor hardware from development builds to repeatable, scalable production.
What you'll do
- Own and qualify manufacturing and inspection processes for reactor components and assemblies, from design release through final acceptance.
- Partner with design, quality, test, supply chain, and operations teams on DFM/DFA, production tooling, supplier development, and build troubleshooting.
- Use production lessons and root-cause analysis to improve safety, quality, repeatability, throughput, and scalability.
