Own and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production readiness for Kaleidos reactor components and assemblies, helping move the product from development builds to repeatable production.
What you'll do
- Drive DFM/DFA with design engineers and assess designs for manufacturability, inspection, tolerances, tooling access, and assembly.
- Develop, qualify, document, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, and inspection strategies.
- Troubleshoot build and quality issues, develop suppliers, and support hands-on integration and production improvements.
