About the job
Lead reactor safety analyses for the Kaleidos microreactor, evaluating reactor behavior, safety margins, uncertainties, and radiological consequences to inform design and regulatory decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead deterministic safety analyses and develop thermal-hydraulic and transient models for reactor conditions and accident scenarios.
- Perform source-term, fuel-performance, and radiological-consequence analyses, including uncertainty and sensitivity evaluations.
- Coordinate with engineering, testing, and regulatory teams; develop and review analysis methods, technical reports, and licensing documentation.
