About the job
Transitions the Kaleidos reactor from development builds to scalable production by owning manufacturing processes and driving design for manufacturability, process qualification, and factory-floor improvements.
What you'll do
- Own manufacturing and inspection processes for critical components and assemblies from design release through final acceptance.
- Partner with design, quality, test, supply chain, and operations teams to improve manufacturability, assembly, tooling, and production controls.
- Troubleshoot build issues, develop suppliers, and improve production repeatability, throughput, yield, and scalability.
