About the job
Leads supplier discovery, qualification, onboarding, and new-part sourcing to develop Radiant’s supply base and move microreactor components from concept through reliable production delivery.
What you'll do
- Identify and assess suppliers and manufacturing technologies; match supplier capabilities to engineering requirements.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and new-part qualification with Engineering, Supplier Development, Quality, and Operations.
- Manage purchase orders and supplier transitions into production, tracking delivery and resolving early issues.
