About the job
Build and own Radiant’s supplier reliability program, qualifying suppliers and improving their processes so parts meet quality, documentation, and delivery requirements.
What you'll do
- Own supplier qualification, onboarding, audits, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop supplier quality documentation and procurement acceptance requirements, including quality clauses and traceability standards.
- Handle supplier quality issues, including non-conformances, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.
