Architects and scales Railway’s backend systems for usage metering and billing, payments, fraud prevention, workflows, and data pipelines.
What you'll do
- Design and scale real-time usage metering, billing, payment, and fraud-detection systems.
- Improve high-throughput backend infrastructure, including Postgres, Node.js services, queues, and Temporal workflows.
- Own projects end-to-end, including API development, engineering requirements, monitoring, and occasional on-call.
