What you'll do
- Provide end-user support and manage IT onboarding, offboarding, assets, SaaS vendors, and office infrastructure.
- Build and maintain identity lifecycle automation, scripts, integrations, and AI-assisted helpdesk self-service.
- Support security and compliance efforts, including access controls, evidence collection, alert triage, and incident response.
