Senior Product Manager - Blockchain

What you'll do

• Own and drive the onchain product roadmap across smart contracts, chain and asset coverage, settlement, and payments.
• Partner with engineering on protocol, infrastructure, and security decisions; set processes for audits, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assess partner needs and blockchain risks to prioritize chain and asset support, and explain complex infrastructure through product surfaces and documentation.

What they ask for

• 8–10 years of product management experience, with products shipped from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture.
• Hands-on blockchain experience shipping onchain products, with fluency in EVM and Solana mechanics, smart contract design, gas economics, and bridging.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, payments, and ledger design.
• Demonstrated product judgment, autonomy, security and risk instincts, communication skills, and ability to ship, measure adoption, and iterate.

Nice to have

• Experience with stablecoin issuance, onchain lending or collateralized credit, or tokenized assets; or at a protocol, L1/L2, wallet, custodian, or onchain infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with non-EVM ecosystems and multi-chain operations, payments or cross-border fintech, digital-asset regulation, or startup/hypergrowth environments.

$215K – $250K (base salary)
