Own and improve Rain’s product operating system, coordinating product operations and launches across internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
- Manage product planning, prioritization, roadmap and launch reviews, and operating rituals.
- Run launches across cards, payments, and platform, including readiness, partner enablement, support preparation, and post-launch measurement.
- Build partner feedback loops, operational tooling, and cross-functional processes; drive metrics hygiene and postmortems.
