What you'll do
- Set architecture and the multi-year technical roadmap across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations.
- Establish engineering standards and improve system reliability, security, compliance, and delivery velocity.
- Hire and coach engineering managers and technical leads, scale the organization, and represent engineering to company and external stakeholders.
