About the job
Own Raindrop’s end-to-end recruiting function and build a strong talent pipeline, particularly for engineering hires.
What you'll do
- Manage sourcing, outreach, interviewing, coordination, and closing.
- Build the top-of-funnel through outbound sourcing, referrals, content, and other recruiting tactics.
- Track recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and strengthen the company’s talent reputation.
