About the job
Leads the architecture and implementation of enterprise clients’ event programs on the RainFocus platform, advising executive stakeholders and guiding integrations, adoption, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Own solution architecture and lead discovery and design for complex client implementations.
- Oversee delivery across client event portfolios, including timelines, quality assurance, and client communications.
- Advise executive stakeholders, mentor Solution Consultants, and contribute to process improvement and thought leadership.
