Leads customer discovery and rapid prototyping to test product ideas, validate market demand, and help teams make evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
What you'll do
- Shape ideas into testable hypotheses and conduct customer discovery research, including interviews, workshops, concept tests, and usability sessions.
- Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts, then validate customer adoption and willingness to pay.
- Lead a small cross-functional team and present evidence-based recommendations to leadership, Sales, and stakeholders.
