Owns Rainforest’s agentic products for embedded payments platforms and helps teams across the company adopt AI workflows.
What you'll do
- Set product direction for the agent harness, including its knowledge, skills, and tools; tune agent behavior with engineering.
- Build evaluations, regression tests, and telemetry, and make model selection and routing decisions across LLMs.
- Design interoperability with clients’ agents, ship product changes using AI coding tools, and represent the products to internal teams and external audiences.
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience building agentic products or agent harnesses, including tool use, memory, prompt assembly, and evaluation.
- Deep, current knowledge of frontier and open-weight LLMs and their strengths.
- Daily fluency with AI coding tools and comfort making code changes; experience building LLM evaluations or regression suites.
- Strong technical background and communication skills; familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, embeddings, and multi-model architectures.

- Experience in payments or fintech.
