Partners with enterprise customers to identify finance workflow opportunities for AI and automation, design and implement solutions, and relay product insights to Ramp teams.
What you'll do
- Interview stakeholders and map finance workflows to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into solution requirements and partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows.
- Synthesize customer feedback, communicate recommendations, and quantify business impact.

- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration, including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
