Customer Activation Manager | Stack Accounting

What you'll do

• Assess customers’ accounting workflows and identify useful opportunities for Stack and agentic workflows.
• Create implementation plans and guide stakeholders through setup, training, validation, and ongoing adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams and turn customer learnings into reusable implementation and adoption practices.

What they ask for

• Roughly 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience; level is flexible based on experience.
• Hands-on accounting fluency, including source data, close or reconciliation steps, exceptions, controls, and sign-off.
• Experience translating an accounting or finance workflow into a software implementation or process change, with evidence of improvement.
• Experience owning customer or client adoption beyond setup, including stakeholder alignment, training, troubleshooting, and follow-through.

Nice to have

• CPA, public accounting, controllership, or accounting advisory experience paired with software implementation or consulting.
• Experience with accounting automation, close management, forward-deployed accounting work, integrations, or AI-assisted workflows with human review.
