Leads full-cycle recruiting for Ramp’s design teams, building talent pipelines and partnering with design leadership to hire across disciplines.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design, from defining searches through closing candidates.
- Source and build relationships with design talent through industry channels, referrals, events, and ongoing community engagement.
- Improve design recruiting processes, tools, and industry presence in partnership with design leadership and the design team.
