Lead Ramp’s design systems team and evolve its system, tools, and guidance so designers, engineers, and AI agents can build high-quality product experiences.
What you'll do
- Set the design systems team’s direction, priorities, and goals; develop and coach team members.
- Shape the system’s design and technical architecture, including components, tokens, patterns, agent guidance, and quality evaluations.
- Work hands-on in prototypes and code, partnering with product, engineering, and AI teams to improve workflows and adoption.
