Own a product problem from investigation through execution and measurement, improving customer outcomes and workflows across Ramp’s product teams.
What you'll do
- Investigate customer and operational problems using conversations, observations, and data; recommend solutions and tradeoffs.
- Build and improve workflows, tools, and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, and measure their impact.
- Lead cross-functional execution, operational readiness, enablement, and follow-through after launches or workflow changes.
