Leads and scales the recruiting operations function, managing its team and infrastructure across recruiting technology, headcount planning, interview operations, programs, compliance, and global hiring.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop four Talent Operations professionals and build scalable operations for the recruiting organization.
- Own recruiting technology, headcount tracking, interview operations, and recruiting programs such as interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate experience.
- Maintain recruiting compliance across jurisdictions and partner with People Ops and Legal on international hiring expansion.
