About the job
Build and scale Ramp’s systems-integrator implementation program, enabling partners to deliver high-quality implementations and expanding delivery across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.
What you'll do
- Establish the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification, service packages, quality standards, and performance management.
- Lead partner technical readiness and enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, and implementation delivery.
- Create program quality, performance, commercial, and capacity systems; use field feedback to improve the program and guide expansion.

- Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot to repeatable multi-partner execution.
- Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business or at a systems integrator/consulting firm implementing relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance.
- Technical fluency in integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design, plus commercial judgment in partner-program design.
