About the job
Serves as the technical and financial advisor for enterprise customers using Microsoft Dynamics F&O, guiding integrations and implementations and relaying customer needs to Ramp’s product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Guide enterprise customers through Microsoft F&O integrations, configuration, and system design, including API and HRIS integrations.
- Support technical discovery, onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer expansion.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and contribute to documentation and tools that scale F&O support.
