About the job
Build and operate technical sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and hire talent for Ramp’s Engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies, talent maps, referrals, and sourcing campaigns; build candidate networks and relationships.
- Lead intake meetings, align candidates with roles and Ramp’s value proposition, and provide a strong candidate experience.
- Track pipeline activity, analyze hiring data, and partner with recruiting leadership to anticipate hiring needs.
