About the job
Serves as Range’s day-to-day legal partner, handling contracts, regulatory matters, and corporate transactions for its fintech wealth-management business.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements; develop templates and playbooks.
- Partner with compliance on investment adviser and broker-dealer regulations, disclosures, policies, and regulatory inquiries.
- Support corporate transactions and advise business teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting products and operations.
