Partners with organizational leaders to strengthen manager effectiveness, performance outcomes, and team health during growth and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Advise managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness; lead performance reviews, calibration, and talent discussions.
- Coach leaders through complex employee matters, including performance improvement plans and terminations; manage employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
- Identify systemic issues and recommend solutions while partnering with the Head of People and People Ops on scalable practices.
