Manages members’ investment accounts across onboarding, funding, trading, transfers, and ongoing account operations, while improving workflows and supporting members.
What you'll do
- Manage parts of the investment lifecycle, including onboarding, funding, trading, and account management.
- Support trading and rebalancing, resolve transfer issues, and help accounts become fully invested.
- Answer member account questions and identify operational improvements in partnership with CFPs and the investments team.
