Leads investment operations across member account workflows, approves team work, mentors colleagues, and owns operational improvements and automation.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in at least three core functions and act as second approver on Associates’ and Specialists’ work.
- Train and mentor teammates and own end-to-end process improvements and automation.
- Support members and Certified Financial Planners, escalate operational issues, and contribute to investment management and portfolio modeling.
