Runs members’ investment account operations from application and funding through trading, transfers, rebalancing, and ongoing investment support, while training Associates and shipping process improvements.
What you'll do
- Independently run Trading, Transfers, Account Lifecycle, and Investment Experience; train at least one Associate on one function.
- Own trading and transfer workflows, resolve operational issues, and guide accounts through to full investment within approval limits.
- Ship at least one automation or process improvement and serve as a licensed point of contact for members and Associates.
What they ask for
- Deep familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms and core brokerage workflows.
- Track record of independently running operations functions and explaining processes so others can execute them.
- Series 7, 63, or 65/66 license required.
- Clear written and verbal communication and sound judgment within approval limits.

Pay
USD $100,000 – $200,000 base salary
