Owns day-to-day People Operations at Range, managing employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, payroll coordination, and employee support.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, timesheet and payroll inputs, and coordination with the PEO and Finance.
- Own HR systems, data accuracy, reporting, audits, documentation, and employee questions about benefits, policies, and processes.
- Partner with People leadership to improve and scale operations, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
