Supports full-cycle recruiting for technical and business teams, from sourcing through offer, while helping improve recruiting processes and tools.
What you'll do
- Run searches and source candidates through outreach, referrals, and other strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring goals.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting, and provide a strong candidate experience.
