What you'll do
- Automate employee onboarding, role changes, offboarding, identity management, access reviews, and SaaS workflows.
- Manage macOS devices, IT-as-code, IT support, and office technology across McLean, New York, and Seattle.
- Partner on security, SOC 2 controls, endpoint incidents, and audit evidence; build self-service tools and AI agents for common requests.
