Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect, build, deploy, and monitor features and production services across the stack.
• Use AI development workflows and tools to accelerate engineering while evaluating and correcting their output.
• Ship iteratively, make sound architecture and product trade-offs, and build secure, scalable software.

What they ask for

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience building and operating production services on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure; track record of owning features end-to-end through deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to architect, debug, and ship using AI development tools, and experience working iteratively in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience writing scalable services with Node.js or building complex web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Mentoring, security engineering, fintech, or startup experience; strong product instincts.

Pay

$100,000 – $200,000 USD base salary

AI focus

Use AI workflows and development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to build, debug, and ship software, while assessing when AI output is wrong and correcting it.
