AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build prospecting tools for sales and ship features and fixes for existing clients.
• Generalize internal tools for reuse and deliver solutions to loosely defined client problems.
• Contribute reusable AI agent components and occasionally travel for client kickoffs.

What they ask for

• Have taken AI applications beyond prototypes into real-world use, beyond simple conversational demos.
• Have worked directly with clients, end users, or non-technical stakeholders to scope and deliver finished products.
• Have broad full-stack skills across product, data, and engineering.
• Be able to code with and without AI assistance, check agent outputs, and communicate effectively with clients.

Nice to have

• Computer science degree from a top 50 university.
• Experience delivering paid or contracted AI features for an outside organization; track record shipping production code with little oversight.

Pay

USD 130,000 to 160,000 per year (base salary)
