What you'll do
- Lead discovery, design, go-live, and customer-success work across 1 to 3 enterprise accounts; work with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Translate customer workflows into AI agent designs and implementation plans, partnering with Agent Delivery Engineers to implement solutions in customer systems.
- Use customer insights to improve workflows and grow accounts after launch.
